Working Principle
◆After the compressed air is purified by the air purification system to remove impurities such as oil, water,and solid dust, it enters the adsorption tower equipped with zeolite molecular sieves. Nitrogen, carbon dioxide, water vapor, etc, in the air are adsorbed by the zeolite molecular sieves in large quantities, while oxygen passes through the adsorbent due to its high diffusion rate and is separated.
◆When the nitrogen and other impurities adsorbed in the adsorption tower reach a certain level, the pressureis reduced to desorb the zeolite molecular sieve, regenerate the adsorbent, and reuse it. Two adsorption towers are used to work in a cycle under the control of PLC to continuously produce high-quality oxygen
